There are things that you as a Traveling Nurse can do even on your Travel Nursing Jobs and assignments while away from home to Go Green as well. Here are some of our tips for Going Green on your next travel nurse assignment:
- Take reusable cloth grocery bags to the store.
- Recycle cans, bottles, and paper in your apartment.
- Ride with coworkers or take the bus to work from your apartment.
- Turn the a/c warmer or the heat cooler while at work to save on electricity.
- Take your lunch to work in a reusable container.
- Buy a dish set to take with you on each assignment instead of paper plates.
